If you are looking to rent in Winnipeg or Montreal, the road might lead you to Regina, and for good reason. There are several different affordable neighbourhoods in and around the city that offer fabulous amenities and convenience.
 

Community Of Cathedral Regina

Cathedral Community is a central neighbourhood with several amenities, schools, and recreational facilities nearby. The Sacred Heart Community school, for instance, is only 1.25 km away. What pulls most renters to Cathedral Community, however, is affordability. Whether it's an apartment or duplex, you can expect rental prices of as low as $700 in the Cathedral area of Regina.
 

Community Of McNab Regina

Nestled in the western region of Regina, McNab neighbourhood is home to fascinating attractions, including botanical gardens, RCMP Academy, Royal Regina Golf Club, and the Government House. If you want to live near nature and history, you've found a great place to rent: McNab! You can expect to shell out $782 on average for rent.
 

Community Of Albert Park Regina

There's an abundance of apartments, duplexes, and other rental properties to rent in Albert Park Neighbourhood. That in and of itself isn't surprising at all because it is the largest rental community in Regina. Talking about lifestyle and convenience, the neighbourhood is home to Southland Shopping Center, a shopping hub with a food court, plenty of retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment spots. The neighbourhood is also family-friendly, with a community center complete with plenty of recreational facility and a number of top-notch schools within the vicinity. The average rental price is $874.
 

Community Of Normanview Regina

Often referred to as the residential community, this neighbourhood is tucked in the north-west region of Regina. It was rapidly developed and expanded right after World War II, and now includes several apartment buildings, fabulous community amenities, and an elementary school. Beyond that, the fantastic Ken Jenkins Park is just a stone-throw away, and downtown is an only 15-min drive. Most apartments are available for renting at sub $800 prices.
 

Community Of Rosemont – Mount Royal Regina

Rosemont – Mount Royal community is home to a number of parks (AE Wilson Park, Rosemont Park, and Saint Francis Park), beautiful green spaces, and amazing water views. Properties for rent in Rosemont – Mount Royal consist of mostly condos and apartments. Whichever one you choose, you can expect affordable rent as slow as $650 (average price is $897).
 

Regina Northeast Community

As the name suggests, the community is located in the northeast part of the city and comprises primarily affordable apartments. With rental prices as low as $730 (or even lower), living here is definitely easy on your bank account.
