Mainstreet Equity Corp. is a Canadian company with an employee base as diverse as Canada itself. As a valued employee of Mainstreet, I am proud to be part of a team that includes people from all different ethnic, religious, geographic backgrounds, each one bringing their own unique perspective and talents which helps make us so very successful.

Since Mainstreet Equity was founded it has always taken advantage of the diverse pool of candidates that Canada has to offer to enable the company to grow exponentially. Currently having over 225 employees including men and women from all different backgrounds our team learns and grows with one another making this an excellent place to work and allows me to feel part of something I can take pride in. When I started with Mainstreet Equity 6 years ago as a Resident Manager one of my favourite parts was the diverse people I got to work with, not only fellow employees but our tenants living in the buildings as well. During my employment with Mainstreet, I have lived and worked in Saskatoon, Edmonton and Abbotsford and each and every place has been as unique and diverse as the next with great people to work with. I consider myself lucky to be employed with Mainstreet, a company that I feel represents what Canada is truly about, that is the acceptance of everyone no matter where you are from, whether you were born here or new to the country, whether you want to work for Mainstreet or live with Mainstreet all they see are people each one as equal as the next and that is a company I can be proud to be part of.

Mainstreet Equity Corp. is a publicly-traded (TSX: MEQ) residential real estate company in Canada.
