Mainstreet's renovations at each site are designed to bring the suites up to our branded standard or "spec." This spec includes laying upscale new flooring, replacing aged-out appliances and fixtures, repainting, and sometimes even knocking walls out until we have created the perfect boutique apartment. Outdoor common areas are maintained by professional landscapers and our cleaners regularly ensure the buildings' indoor common areas are in great shape; our crack maintenance team ensure the buildings themselves are in great shape. We don't create places we hope you'll want to live in, we create the kind of boutique apartments where people want to live.
